I have this Chinese writing appear on my browser whenever I visit Jamroom, any ideas where this is coming from ? My system is fully protected by firewalls and antivirus. This only happens when I visit Jamroom or my Jamroom site. See image for what I see.

After Latest Jamroom upgrade - Lucid Template displays black screen

After I upgraded Jamroom to latest version. Just for test purpose I changed to Lucid Skin and it displayed only a blank page. I can not change to other skin. I deleted the lucid skin and does not work ether. I can not even log in withe the administrator account. Where or what file do I need to modify in order to change to the nova skin or fix this issue? How to safely re-install Jamroom with out loosing any data

Hello All. After installing Jamroom 6.1.5 and updating all the modules and skin, I noticed that I was not able to change the the quotas. When I tried to change from artist to member the system just hang. So, I manually removed Jamroom 6.1.5 and the modules. After running running integrity check, it hanged. I tried running the repair.php and did not help I got a lot of errors that I can recall since it was a late night. Now the Market place Module is not working. I can not update update...

Max upload size BIG problem (correct in php.ini, fail in Jamroom)

Hello, I have big problem with configuration for Jamroom variable - "max upload" . I have in php.ini memory limit = 4GB and upload sizes as 2048M , but Jamroom still says this: Max Upload 1MB fail increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize in your php.ini to allow larger uploads 1MB is absolutely too small limit. Any ideas how to solve this problem. please? Peter

How can we uninstall a module that has been installed on a Jamroom site?

Unstalling, or to uninstall, is not described in the FAQ for installing modules. It might be generally useful for people to know how to uninstall a module before they install it. Can all modules be uninstalled in the same way? Does a module have to be deactivated in all quotas before it can be uninstalled? If so, after deactivating the module everywhere, how is uninstallation then achieved? My particular issue just now is with Foxycart. I would like to uninstall this. How?

Just went through the course, it was pretty good. Sad because I didn't realise I could've directed that $29 to the $29 vip backstage quota on jamroom.net and gotten that content anyway. Would be awesome if that was more apparent. I've bought the course, any way I can get some backstage love on jamroom.net? Forgive me for posting here if it's in the wrong place. No forum seemed right and all the support links on the site are now internal blockades.
